The network of companies and people associated with Vivier.

Vivier group of companies (Vivier & Co, Vivier Capital, Vivier Investments, Vivier Mortgages etc.) are shell companies registered in New Zealand, Bulgaria, Slovakia, the UK, Ireland and other countries. Ian Leaf uses this complex network of companies and people to run his complex, multijurisdictional financial scams such as defrauding innocents, money laundering, tax evasion and so on. According to media, there are over 250 such companies.

As Conor Ryan from RTE explained in his documentary RTÉ Investigations Unit: The Loot & The Loans, many people who have worked for Ian Leaf didn’t know who they were working for and what they were dealing with (assisting Leaf in robbing hard-working people’s money, grabbing their assets, and laundering money for him etc.).

Leaf has been using a very complex network of shell companies worldwide—he employees ordinary people to achieve his nasty agendas. The mastermind fraudster hires proxy shareholders and nominee directors by getting them to sign one-sided un-dated contracts/deeds. Most of them are hired under false pretences by one of Leaf’s close associates (the queen, bishops, and rooks). These employees mostly remain unaware of Leaf’s existence. However, Leaf lurks in the shadows typically popping up under the guise of a consultant to the company’s high-ranking executives on behalf of puppet company owner Laurence Russell Hamilton. People who uncover Leaf’s dirty secrets incur his wrath and are subject to hostile action by him and his cohorts, including threats to destroy their, lives, careers and families.

Most of Leaf’s ex-employees also fell victims to this monster, just like us. Many are fighting against this remorseless criminal and have lost precious time of their lives extending from years to decades that they could have otherwise spent with their families or on careers.
